Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

1. Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
You may choose to collect your order in person from our Ibiza store at:
Watches of Ibiza, Carrer Castelar 22, 07800, Ibiza, Spain
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
For deliveries outside Spain, any customs, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Risk passes to the customer once the item is delivered to the specified address. Watches of Ibiza retains ownership until full payment is received.

2. Returns

Items purchased online may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the watch is in the same condition as delivered.
To return an item, please contact us via ibiza@watchesofibiza.com or through our website to request a Return Authorisation.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

3. Warranty

All stock comes with a 1-year warranty covering all issues normally included under the manufacturer’s warranty.
For newer models still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, a longer warranty may apply, matching the remaining manufacturer coverage.
Warranty covers repairs or replacements for manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@watchesofibiza.com with a description and photos of the issue.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
